• Payment Information: Transaction history and plan details (processed securely via our payment gateways).

Your data is used strictly for educational and institutional improvement:

• To facilitate live Zoom classrooms and matching with qualified instructors.
• To provide parents with transparent progress reports and visual milestones.
• To audit AI-led corrections via the Hifz Lab to ensure pedagogical accuracy.
• To securely store academic resources (Syllabus PDFs, Audio recordings) in your Library.

3. Data Retentional & Security

In accordance with our pedagogical standards, we retain student recitation recordings and AI audit logs for a maximum period of one week for institutional auditing purposes, after which they are either archived for student-only access or securely deleted. We implement industry-standard encryption and secure Cloudflare R2 storage to protect your files.

4. Third-Party Services

We leverage trusted partners to deliver our services:

• Google Cloud/Firebase: Secure database and authentication.
• Cloudflare: Global content delivery and secure file storage (R2).
• Gemini AI: Real-time Tajweed analysis and student feedback.
• Zoom: Real-time video conferencing for classrooms.

5. Your Rights

Students and parents have the right to request access to their stored academic records, request corrections to personal data, or deactivate their accounts at any time through the Parent Portal.
